We are the data controller for the personal data described here. For anything about your data, email info@lostromo.app.

The only personal data we collect on this site is what you choose to send through our contact form: your name, your business name, and your phone number (plus the language you were browsing in).

We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking on this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, for security and reliability.

We use your details only to reply to you and talk about whether Lostromo is a fit for your business.

Our legal basis is your consent when you submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We do not sell your data. We rely on a small number of service providers who process it on our instructions only:

Resend — email delivery: your enquiry is emailed to us. Vercel — hosting of this website.

We are a UK company. Some of our providers (for example Resend and Vercel) may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where data leaves the UK or the EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep your enquiry details until we have handled your request, and for up to 24 months afterwards, and then delete them.

Under UK GDPR and Turkey's KVKK you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to our use of it.

Email info@lostromo.app and we will respond. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or Turkey's data protection authority (KVKK).

We use a single functional cookie to remember your language choice. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
