  • Guests get confirmation, reminder, review-request and cancellation emails, all automatic
  • The moment a booking comes in, you get a detailed email: who booked, how much they paid and which card they used, how many are coming, with their meal choices and ID details

Customer self-service & reviews

Guests handle their own admin, and your rating stays fresh on its own.

Scheduled routes and ferry tickets

If you sell tickets on a ferry or another fixed-schedule route, you sell them on the same site as your tours, just as easily.

  • One-way, same-day return, different-day return and open return — you choose which fare types to offer
  • Separate adult, child and infant prices, with age bands you set per route
  • Seasonal timetables plus one-off changes for specific dates; the customer picks their own sailing
  • Hand tickets over at your office? Skip the time picker and show when to arrive and which documents to bring instead
  • Each passenger's name, date of birth and nationality are collected at booking; cross-border routes get an automatic passport-validity reminder
  • Port fees paid in cash are shown clearly, separate from the ticket price, and your cancellation rules are in front of the customer before they pay
  • Ferry bookings sit in your panel's bookings and departures views whenever you need them, and each morning the day's passenger list also arrives by email
