Do you take commission?
No. We don't take a cut of any sale. You pay a flat monthly fee and keep all of your revenue. None of the 20-30% that marketplaces like Booking and GetYourGuide take.
I'm not technical — can I use it?
Yes. The panel is built for everyday use — no technical knowledge needed. On top of that we handle the full setup — your tours, prices and photos ready to go. You just start using it.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own bank account. You get the virtual POS from your own bank; that's exactly why the money goes straight into your account with no middleman holding it. When your POS is approved, you pass us the details and we handle the integration.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the size of your business and your content. Once we start talking we'll give you a clear timeline. When it's ready, your site goes live under your own brand, ready to use.
What about customers who come via WhatsApp?
For a customer who comes by phone or WhatsApp, you create the booking in the panel and share a payment link with them. When they pay, a confirmation email goes to both them and you — so online and manual bookings all collect in one place.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of your business. Message us on WhatsApp; with a couple of questions we'll give you the best price for you.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
You set the cancellation and refund rules. If a guest cancels within your window from their own screen, the refund is issued instantly and the emails go out automatically.
Is there language support for foreign tourists?
Yes. The site and all tickets work in the guest's own language, and we add whatever languages your business needs.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The site is published on your own domain, under your own brand. The customer database is entirely yours, too.
Can I manage multiple boats and different tour types?
Yes. Per-person group tours and boat-priced private tours/charters are managed in the same system.
